On the ground floor level with the sea is a one bedroom (king bed), one bath (spacious tiled shower only--no tub), guest apartment with private entrance and
parking. It is on the first floor level and inaccessible from the main house, yet it shares the same views and sounds of the ocean. The living room and kitchenette are also oceanfront,
opening onto a covered patio where you can barbeque or stroll on the lawn which leads to the water’s edge. The shoreline along this area is rocky, but ocean access can be found a few
hundred yards down the road at Kukuiula Bay where there is a small white sand beach.
Rates:
- $140 per night (7 or more nights)
- $150 per night (less than 7 nights)
- $175 per night 12/15-1/5 (7 night minimum)
- $100 cleaning fee
- $100 refundable security deposit
- Maximum occupancy is two people
