This spacious four bedroom, oceanfront private residence features sweeping views of the ocean with breathtaking fall, winter, and spring sunsets. Watch the wonders of Spouting Horn (a geyser-like blow hole naturally formed from lava tubes beneath the sea) in the comfort of your vacation home on the sea. The main floor (middle level) of this three story home, consists of oceanfront living and dining room, kitchen, wet bar, two non-oceanfront bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with queen), one bath (shower only), and utility (washer and dryer) room.

The kitchen is stocked with normal small appliances, dishes, linens, etc. and features Corian counter tops, side by side refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, glass top cooking range, self-cleaning oven, and microwave. The living/dining room is flanked with spacious oceanfront patios from which you are able to enjoy whale watching, spinner dolphins, green sea turtles, and the coming and going of local fishermen as they bring in the fresh catch of the day for nearby restaurants, or for your own barbeque.

On the top floor is the oceanfront master suite with large oceanfront sitting room where you can enjoy TV, reading, or relaxing to the sounds of the surf. The bedroom features one king size and a large bathroom with tub/shower combination. An ocean side patio spans the master bedroom and sitting room.

On the ground floor level with the sea is a one bedroom (king bed), one bath (spacious tiled shower only--no tub), fully self-contained guest apartment. The living room and kitchenette are oceanfront, opening onto a covered patio where you can barbeque or stroll on the lawn which leads to the water’s edge. The shoreline along this area is rocky, but ocean access can be found a few hundred yards down the road at Kukuiula Bay where there is a small white sand beach.

Garage parking, with garage door opener, allows you to enter directly your living quarters with a feeling of the ultimate in luxury.
