This 650 square foot cottage features teakwood parquet flooring throughout, has one oceanfront bedroom furnished tastefully with white wicker (king size bed), a bathroom with shower only, and a small utility room with washer and dryer. An oceanfront living room with dining and kitchen area includes colorful love seats, cable TV-VCR, stereo/CD/tape player and private phone. The kitchen includes full-size side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, Corian counters, glasstop cooking range, with microwave/convection oven, and is fully stocked with cooking utensils and small kitchen appliances. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.

The oceanfront patio has a large barbeque grille, lawn furniture and beach shower. Gated parking provides complete privacy. Guests in the cottage frequently remark that they feel as if they are living a dream-come-true on their very own oceanside luxury estate.
