This comfortable one bedroom/one bath condominium is located in the quiet Sunset Kahili complex, just a block from Kauai's most beautiful beaches. Feel the tropical tradewinds and fall asleep to the comforting sound of waves breaking on the shore . Take a short walk to Brennecke's Beach for swimming, boogie boarding and Poipu's best snorkeling. Also great surfing , restaurants and shopping nearby.

This non-smoking unit sleeps four and will meet all of your vacationing needs with the fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer. You will have your own designated parking space and an elevator for easy access. A common area pool, and wireless Internet access in the lobby area, are available to our guests.

Rates:

• $135 per night (less than 7 nights)
• $120 per night (7 nights or more)
• $150 per night, 12/15-1/5 (7 nights minimum)
• $100 cleaning fee
• $200 refundable security deposit
