Poipu is on the sunny south shore of the garden island, Kauai. Villa 402 is a spacious 1,000 square foot ground floor unit with many custom features. There are two private lanais to enjoy the lush gardens of evening jasmine, banana trees, and other island flowers and fauna. The back lanai features red ginger and a magnificent monkey pod tree. This one-bedroom, one bath plantation style condominium features a queen bed and queen sofa sleeper, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave to cook all your island favorites, a wet bar, a washer/dryer, cable tv, dvd, vcr, cd player, and a private phone/answering machine with free local calls. There are many louvered windows and four ceiling fans that allow the trade winds to flow through the unit and keep you cool.

On site amenities include adult and children’s swimming pool with outdoor restroom/changing facilities, tennis courts and 3 gas barbeque areas. Amidst the tropical gardens is a beautiful koi pond and stream that runs through the property.
