“Jeremy’s place was just what we needed. Our family was on our way to our cabin in Eager and there was a fire. So we needed a last-minute place to stay. Jeremy was responsive quickly. It was very easy to find it, to get in, and we had a very comfortable stay.

The place was immaculate, and well stocked with all the essentials. We cooked most of our meals for 6 people, and the kitchen had all we needed to do that easily.

The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of couch space for us all, the heating and cooling worked perfectly.

We enjoyed sitting on the porch and grilling one of our meals. We saw a large family of deer, which for us city dwellers was a treat.

“This home is super cute, clean, and in a safe quiet area. Beds were comfy, my kids loved the board games that were provided, and we made s’more’s at the fire pit. Love that they provided baby gates because I have an 18 month old that was obsessed with climbing the stairs! 😆 The price was also very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“Cozy spaces really do make a big difference in getting a good night's sleep...and boy was the King bed amazing. I slept so well. It's also worth noting how clean the place was. A clean and well-furnished place are things I look for when booking an Airbnb and this place was a great find. I really recommend staying here. I hope my recommendation and this review will definitely help others looking for a cozy getaway. It's a great little gem. My only suggestion is  an electric fireplace in the living room. It would be a lovely touch for creating that warm, inviting atmosphere on chilly evenings. We will be back.”

“The cabin was neat and clean. The kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking utensils you could ask for. The pellet fireplace worked well to heat the cabin, sufficient blankets and bedding were provided to keep the cold away. Unfortunately, with the wind, I was unable to enjoy the really nice porch, but next time I'll check the weather! The cabin lived up to it's name, Cozy Cub Cabin. The only thing I would have added was cable service, had to go to a local bar to watch the playoff games, but that wasn't much of a problem! I give my experience 2 👍👍 thumbs up!!!”

“We wanted to get out of the heat, but not camp this year. We were able to bring our pets and feel right at home with them. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, sitting on the deck looking at the trees and just enjoying the weather was just what we needed. 
We would absolutely stay here again.”

“Such a beautiful, tastefully decorated home that is bright with light from the many windows! The soaring wood ceiling in the living room with high windows are a dramatic feature for the views of the tree tops, sky, and stars! The sliding door and more windows (that open for breezes) allow views from indoor seating even if it's raining or snowing.
This house is up on a hill, as the name implies, and being high above all the other houses on the street makes you up where the fluffy pine branches are, you are not just viewing the tree trunks. The birds perch up there, as we watched woodpeckers, hummingbirds and others!
Sunrise and sunset watching were beautiful up here, comfortable deck chairs  added to the experience for us, as they are tall enough to even lay your head back and watch the clouds and even the pines reflect the colors!
The railing on lower outdoor stairs (not pictured) is great!

We had such an amazing time at this airbnb! We love to travel to Pinetop every year in the winter and this was our first time using this host. They were very responsive and flexible even offering early check in. We were located close to a variety of amazing restaurants and businesses, and the accessibility of the parks and nature preserves around the cabin was wonderful. We saw a recommendation in the cabin’s guide for the white mountain nature center and ended up at their raptor show (highly recommend) as well. Having all of the local recommendations at our fingertips was such a nice touch. We loved playing board games offered at the cabin and watching all the dvd’s as well. Overall it was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to come back to pinetop.”
